Benji's Challenge

2021 EDIT: I have added the Game of the Year Edition (real), which is a version which received a lot of updates to pull the game back towards a reasonable amount of playability.

I built this game for the GBTK jam, a jam for creating terrible games.

I've included a copy of the original build I uploaded before the rating began, and a patch which makes the following changes to enhance the struggle:

• Enemies have unlimited ammo
• Enemy firerate is slower
• Moved the starting sword from the ground into the player's inventory
• Ticks are no longer treated as a valid ammunition source by the player's gun
• Eating the tick now gives you 'cancer' effect
