The notes as usual:

added soundtrack
added warpick unit
new graphics for motorwagon
new graphics for wheelbarrow gun (wip still)
updated damage model to account for unit size (larger units will no longer receive huge amounts of splash damage)
game setup screen
direct attack command
changed building safe zone detection

This is a small list but contains some pretty big changes. I've included the steam integration to make up for the fact that the direct connect is still broken.
